The Power of a Vision Statement: One Woman’s Journey of Faith in Action
This week we’re joined by Kayse McCanne, a passionate founder, wife, mother, and the visionary behind Bridgeway Youth Program Specialists, a nonprofit reaching young people through impactful camps and conferences.
Kayse’s journey is one of early faith, obedience, and trusting God to lead her every step of the way. She shares how, at just 13 years old, she felt a powerful calling to ministry at a church camp, followed by writing a vision statement at 16 that would eventually become the foundation of Bridgeway. From her work as a school counselor to taking a bold leap of faith into full-time nonprofit work, Kayse’s story is filled with God’s guidance and provision.
